OXYGEN SENSORS
The main products of SECO are zirconia based Oxygen Analysers, consisting of oxygen sensors and associated monitors - exclusively for combustion control.

     SECO is the approved vendor for supply of oxygen analysers  to
  • NTPC
  • EIL
  • BHEL - Trichy
  • BHEL – Bangalore
  • Oxysens-HT - The joint less high temperature sensor (unheated). Designed for functioning between 600 to 1600 deg C.

    Application:

         For use in boilers, furnaces, fired heaters and other combustion equipments where the sensor can be located at temperature between 600 deg C and 1600 deg C.

    Salient Features:
    • In-situ type - No sampling
    • Standard Model with `B' type T/C, requires standard copper wires only
    • Silicon Carbide sheath offers protection against erosion
    • Can be hooked directly to DCS
    Benefits:
    • No Maintenance
    • No Calibration
    • No Drift
    • Measures NET Oxygen
    • Control not affected by infiltration

      Oxysens-HTV - The joint less high temperature sensor with Verification Facility. Designed for functioning between 600 to 1600 deg C.

    Application:

         For use in boilers, furnaces, fired heaters and other combustion equipments where the sensor can be located at temperature between 600 deg C and 1600 deg C.

    Salient Features :

    • In-situ type - No sampling
    • Standard Model with `B' type T/C, requires standard copper wires only
    • Silicon Carbide sheath offers protection against erosion
    • Can be hooked directly to DCS
    • Readings can be verified by standard gas or sampling
    Benefits:

    • Measures NET Oxygen
    • Control not affected by infiltration
      Oxysens-HTd - The medium temperature sensor, with heater. Designed for operation between 150 to 600 deg C

    Application:

         For use in boilers, furnaces, fired heaters and other combustion equipments where the sensor can be located at temperature between 200 deg C up to 500 deg C (600 deg possible with special sleeves).

    Salient Features:

    • In-situ type - No sampling
    • Standard Model with 'K' type T/C, requires compensated cables only
    • Stainless Steel offers protection against erosion
    Benefits:

    • Measures NET Oxygen
    • Control not affected by infiltration
      Oxysens-LT -  The low temperature, low cost sensor with integral heater . This works between 0 to 300 deg C .

    Application:

             For use in boilers, furnaces, fired heaters and other combustion equipments where the sensor can be located at temperature between 0 deg C up to 300 deg C.

    Salient Features:
    • In-situ type - No sampling
    • Standard Model with `K' type T/C, requires compensated cables only
    • Stainless Steel offers protection against erosion
